Reflections for Youth

Reflections for Youth is a non-profit, community-based treatment center for teens and families in crisis with the goals of family reunification whenever possible, emotional balance, effective relationships, academic success, and civic responsibility. We have two residential facilities in Northern Colorado, two state-certified schools, and a growing home-based family intervention program all supplemented by clinical therapy.

Reflections for Youth, RFY, is an independent non-profit, although our schools and residential homes are fully licensed and certified in their respective fields. RFY has almost 50 employees and serves more than 80 youth per year through our day treatment school programs in Loveland and Brighton, CO; our residential homes in Loveland and Berthoud, CO; and our home based program working with families and youth in their own homes all over the front range and Denver Metro Area. We are proud to say that our success rate for day treatment school clients is 74% and our success rate for residential clients is 76%. This means that 74%and 76% of clients 1:made progress through individual treatment plans, Individual Education Plans (IEP’s), and progressed through RFY program goals; and 2: successfully discharged and transitioned to a lower level of care such as their home of origin or traditional public school. RFY strives to provide the highest quality of education services with research-based and clinically supported behavior interventions so that youth may learn skills to set them up for success in their lives. We also work with the families of our clients in order to ensure the increase in skills and success of the whole family unit, not just the youth who attend our schools or live with us when in crisis. Reflections for Youth is excited to partner with the Great American Techno Festival because it is apparent to us that the community of electronic music is not only one of great interest to our youth but is also of benefit to our community at large due to the nature of collaboration and learning that making and enjoying the music entails. We are honored to be the recipient of media coverage, funds, and awareness through partnering with the Great American Techno Festival.
